Siobhan Rutledge rode Jazz Dreamers (reserve) trained by Seamus Fahey (Race 8).
G.M. Ryan replaced L.T. McAteer on Sixpence Stella, trained by Anthony McCann (Race 4)(unwell).
G.F. Carroll replaced L.T. McAteer on Amemri (GB), trained by David Marnane (Race 5)(unwell).
024A Book At DundalkStadium.com Claiming Race
The Raceday Stewards granted a request from Noel C. Kelly, trainer of Minaun View (GB), for an additional ten minutes to present his charge for identification by an IHRB Official as per the provisions of Rule 90(i).
S. Coen, rider of Una Matata, trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got upset in the starting stalls.
024B Irishinjuredjockeys.com H'capThe Raceday Stewards received a report from the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Clerk of the Scales, regarding the fact that L.T. McAteer, rider of Queen Leila (GB), had presented to weigh out at 2lbs overweight, none of which had been declared at declaration time. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that he was delayed on a long flight and struggled to make the allocated weight. Noel C Kelly, trainer of Queen Leila (GB) reported that he was happy for Mr McAteer to retain the ride. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards allowed L.T. McAteer to ride Queen Leila (GB) on this occasion but they were satisfied that he was in breach of Rule 198 (vii)(a) and having considered his record in this regard (second offence) the Raceday Stewards suspended L.T. McAteer for two racedays.
S. Coen, rider of Stolen Treasure, trained by J.G.Coogan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right throughout.
J.S. Dalton, rider of Sapphire Dream, trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left under pressure.
K.J. Leonard, rider of Doitforjill Ronnie, trained by Donncha Duggan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right up the straight.
The Raceday Stewards interviewed L.T. McAteer, rider of Queen Leila (GB), concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted that he was in breach of the regulation and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that L.T. McAteer was in breach of Regulation 10.3.g (excessive frequency) and having considered his record in this regard (first offence) the Raceday Stewards suspended L.T. McAteer for three racedays.
024C Irish Stallion Farms EBF Med Auct. M'dnC.D. Hayes, rider of Aurevoir Tristesse, trained by D. K. Weld, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount became restless in the starting stalls.
024D View Restaurant At Dundalk (F) M'dnThe Raceday Stewards received a request from G.M. Lyons, trainer or Laoise Eile, to substitute the nominated rider Nicola Burns with G.F. Carroll, as Nicola Burns had received a last minute invitation to ride in Jebel Ali. Having considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards allowed the request on this occasion as they deemed this a valid excuse, as provided for under the provisions of Regulation 3.
Zoe McMullan, rider of Nelliestar, trained by Thomas Patrick McGettigan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount was impeded to the left upon exit from the stalls, by the horse that was drawn to her right. Having viewed the recording of the race the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
024F BAR 1 Betting Extra Places Rated RaceThe Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident turning into the home straight involving Take Heart, ridden by J. Kearney, placed third and Wandering Rocks (GB), ridden by J.A. Orr, unplaced, where it appeared slight contact was made. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
R.J. Lane, rider of Nakasero, trained by Henry de Bromhead, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was running keen and hanging left, which resulted in him hitting the rail, becoming unbalanced for a stride.
024G1 Follow On X @DundalkStadium H'capThe Raceday Stewards received a request from R.P. Burns, trainer of Yorkshire Myth, to substitute the nominated rider Nicola Burns with L.F. Roche. Evidence was heard from the trainer who stated that the intended Rider Nicola Burns had received a last minute invitation to ride in Jebel Ali, a first for a Lady rider and felt this was a great opportunity. Having considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards allowed the request on this occasion as they deemed this a valid excuse, as provided for under the provisions of Regulation 3.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Yorkshire Myth (GB), trained by R.P.Burns, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
L.F. Roche, rider of Yorkshire Myth (GB), trained by R.P.Burns, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled throughout.
R.M Mulligan, rider of Miss Crinshawn, trained by John S. O'Donoghue, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran wide off the first bend.
R. Donaghue-Leahy, rider of Bang Po, trained by Liam McAteer, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount hung violently left the whole way.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Haeret In Pectore, trained by A.J.Martin, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed where Without Love (GB), ridden by W. Joyce, placed first, had to sit for a stride early in the straight. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
